I was just offered the title of CTO at my current company. I'm totally ecstatic with this promotion because this is an amazing offer. I feel comfortable in this company, I love working with everyone in the team and the company holds the same values that I do. However, I had to let my boss know that I need to think about it because...I don't know the duties that come with the CTO title.My questions are:1. What does a CTO do at a company?2. If you are a CTO, what advice would you give yourself before you accepted the CTO role?3.
