Howdy product folks!Being on a fully distributed (and global) team, I find that asynchronous customer and product discovery information handoffs are a must when co-creating products across time-zones (and across the globe really).I’m looking to up my game related to business drawing for user-journey mapping. What books, blogs, people should I be hunting down to improve my visual communication? What tools do you use to combine small whiteboard-type sketches with shapes/callouts and other standard snap-to-shape tools?How do you share, document, and store product discovery information for your teams to easily be accessed across projects in the future?
