Hey everyone! I'm really excited to host this panel. As an early stage CEO, I've been thinking a lot about how to build out Atomic's initial GTM team. Everything from how to reconcile the value of founder-led sales vs. when to hire additional help and for what, how to think about adding a GTM full-time employee vs. leveraging various contractors with different specialties, as well as how to think about early investments in marketing and sales.
