I'm a startup founder and CEO of WOKEN, a career exploration platform. I'm wondering if there are any HR professionals or recruiters who work as freelancers OR someone who's interested in a side gig/short term contract for a few hours per week with a growing startup. I need some help running at least one hiring process to help me hire a career coach (a unique role - a product/startup-oriented career coach) and potentially other roles that we may hire for. We're a bootstrapped startup so I imagine this will look like ~5 hours/week over the course of 4-8 weeks to try to secure viable candidates and potentially run the first round of screening so that I can run vetted second round interviews.
