Talk to me about retention
Hi! I am relatively new to product analytics and hope to learn from this great community! If you are a data analyst/data scientist/product analyst who can spare 15 minutes next week to talk to me about retention at SaaS or similar products and how people usually discover the cause behind the drop in retention (aka high churn) - I would be super grateful. I've tried already a couple of things and generally not stupid so you probably won't be completely bored)))Ah! Compensation! Will some chocolate work?
I work in product analytics - by retention, do you mean sticking with a SaaS product year after year?
Hi, Maggie! In my case, it's sticking with the product after the free trial. So, it's rather a conversion, right?
