My startup is pre-revenue and I am trying to bring on a technical co-founder to fill the CTO role. My attorney suggested using a consulting agreement since I am not able to pay a salary, but I think this is causing some confusion. Also, what is the best process to do this and what others forms/documents should be in place? Thank you in advance!
