How do I search/find for a technical co-founder?

Hi,

I am the Founder of a SaaS startup dedicated to transforming how the construction industry selects, designs with and procures lighting products and help the team build better buildings that are energy efficient while human centric.

I am not technical. I live and breath the problems I am solving that have not improved in the 20 years of my career. Where do I find a technical co-founder to help build my product and what is the best way to approach someone?
