Very interesting business model and I definitively salute the initiative. I'm keen on tech applications that further D&I.I'm curious about two things:1.- I don't find the gender pay gap among the assessment. Is that correct?2.- It's called "gender" but it would appear is target to cis-woman equality (e.g. non-binary?). Is my understanding correct? Full-disclosure: I'm a cis-gender woman/ Keep up this important work.

We do measure whether companies have done a pay study, but more detailed score breakdown is in the membership paid version. We have added that option as a way to pay for the expensive research. Pls try the paid version. re Gender, yes, we can only measure womxn in companies as there is currently no reporting for non cis-people.
