Has anyone established a branch or subsidiary in France? or Europe even?

Years ago, we were approached by a team that wants to create Gender Fair France or Europe. They're ready to go with funding etc. They don't want to do pure licesning. Before talking to lawyers etc, I'm looking for experiential advice. If you have done this, or know anyone who has, please help us out!
