Skilled Software Engineer Seeking Urgent Opportunity (USA only)– Ready for Immediate Interviews!https://sibangeeresume.tiiny.site

Hi everyone,

I understand your time is valuable, so I’ll keep this brief. Please read.

I'm reaching out during a challenging time, as my visa clock is ticking, and my unemployment period has started. It's a tough spot to be in, knowing that only a few months remain for me to secure a position. With a Master’s in Computer Science from the University of Texas at Arlington, I’ve spent years honing my skills in full-stack development, cloud technologies like AWS and Microsoft Azure, and working with languages such as Java, Spring, Python, React, Node.js, JavaScript, Typescript, Angular and SOL.

With over 3 years of experience, I've built and deployed full-scale applications, worked across both frontend and backend, and have a passion for problem-solving. But now, more than ever, I need a chance to apply these skills in a role that challenges and excites me.

If anyone knows of any job openings, or can offer advice, mentorship, or a connection to the right people, I’d be immensely grateful. The uncertainty is daunting, but I believe in staying hopeful and focused on what I can contribute to the right team. I’m available for interviews any day, anytime, and I’m eager to join a team where I can make an immediate impact. If anyone knows of any opportunities or can connect me with someone in need of a developer, I would deeply appreciate it.

Thank you for any support you can provide during this crucial time. Let’s chat soon.

Regards,

Sibangee

I am so sorry to hear this and yeah it's such a tough situation - i also empathise with the international status :( how many months do you have until out of status? 1. I am wondering could you initially work for a company or a startup say on a part time basis - recruiting being a little lighter with these types of position so you can get hired a little faster and then renew status? 2. I noticed your past experiences were in India, fair to assume you are a citizen of India? I know it's not the outcome you want since you've made a lot of sacrifices to be in the US . And I can assure you, these sacrifices you made will definitely pay dividends sooner or later. that said are there opportunities in India that you could go after? given your background i imagine you might have opportunities coming your way. I am not saying you should stop your search in the US in anyway, but to just remain open to the potential of moving back? 3. marriage - if you have a US partner, then maybe consider that perhaps as last resort. I am not advocating for people to fake marriage and all because it's technically illegal but if you have a story with someone, maybe? I suggest this because I've seen some former classmates of mine go through the process. 4. Otherwise, some resources:- elpha.com/c/job-board - lots of roles being shared here by community members- the official elpha board elpha.com/jobs for our elpha partners companies- join my fund talent network - some of our companies are hiring for technical talent incl SWE but they're mostly looking for mid career to senior folks https://jobs.thembafund.com/onboarding to stay up to date on all our companies openings :) - check this https://elpha.com/posts/97mxpmj5/job-opportunities
