HOW IT WORKS -1) YOU (the job seeker) briefly detail your skills and preferred work on a form. 2) Your info gets added to the Talent Pool database. 3) Recruiters browse this database to look for potential candidates. 4) Recruiters will reach out to YOU if your skills are a match for their open positions.

WHY WAS THIS CREATED -Many recruiters are sending me open positions that are hiring immediately. These roles mostly fall into a few categories: - #entertainment & #media - #startup - #consulting - #tech I've been posting these open roles over on my website, Breakroom Buddha, but a Talent Pool is SO much better.
