Hey everyone! My name is Nafsa and I just joined Elpha today. I am very excited to be a part of this community and I look forward to connecting with you all!I recently reached a ceiling in my previous banking career and I decided to make a change. I am currently pursuing a career in Digital marketing and I would like to get some of your advice on things that I can do to build my knowledge and skills in Marketing. My goal is to work with a tech startup. What would you advice someone who is switching into a Marketing career?

HI Nafsa! Thanks for sharing. I've gone through career transitions and as a coach, I've also worked with individuals to navigate through these transitions. I would consider what transferrable skills that can support you within Marketing. Also think about why you are moving into Marketing as it will help you throughout the process.
