Calling all women in engineering! 📣
Here at Costanoa Ventures, we host an event called Seat @ the Table that seeks to enable conversations and action so more women earn more seats at more tables at every level of management-- from first-time managers to board members. It's our 6th year, and this year we wanted to focus on women leaders in engineering.
We'll discuss how to make the leaps that scare earlier-career engineers and how to overcome the challenges in the workplace endemic to the work.
We have a powerhouse lineup of speakers who have had very different paths:
