Any Website Developer Looking To Empower A budding Entrepreneur?

Hello, I'm Fola. I live and work in Lagos, Nigeria. I got a great business idea, that has successfully gone through a pilot phase, but I have a major challenge launching the main business. I'm building the website myself, as the cost of contracting it out is extremely expensive. It's a job website, targeting semi-literate artisans, who have little to no knowledge on how to work the Internet. My challenge is getting a good job theme that can be incorporated with a phone login plugin. I have tried few plugins but they do not work with the themes I chose. I'll be grateful if an experienced web developer can assist put me through. Thanks
