I've been a Self-Rescue coach, author & speaker since 2007 & I'm brand new to the community!
I'm doing some research for a free self-rescue community I've created on Facebook & would love your feedback!
I really want to cater my content in that group to working women who are over-working, over-giving or over-achieving in business or in life in a way that's leading them them into insecurity, unhappiness, stress or exhaustion.
If this is you, you've figured out a way to overcome this, OR you're a leader who's developed programs to adderess this problem in the workplace I would love to hear your responses to the following questions:
1. What personal or professional challenges are you facing when it comes to managing your time, energy or health?
2. In what ways are you experiencing burnout & what, if anything, have you done to prevent or resolve burnout in business or your life?
3. What kind of support would you like to receive from your team, organization or upper management that would allow you to better manage your time, energy or health?
4. What kind of support, if any, have you facilitated for your teams or staff to eliminate & prevent burnout?
