Women’s leadership course?

Hey everyone! Has anyone had experience taking a women’s leadership course or program (either online or in-person) while working full-time? What was your experience like? Would you recommend it to other women early in their career looking to build their leadership skills?

We have many PMs and engineers in the program (including other roles) who I think you'll enjoy meeting. The program focuses a lot on how to influence at work - a big challenge (and key driver of success) for PMs.
