Who in here started a workout plan, AS SOON, as you heard that the world might be opening up in July? πŸ‘‹πŸΎ= Right here! OR πŸ‹πŸΎβ€β™€οΈ= I've been keeping it tight this whole TIME, woman! ORπŸ‘ŒπŸΎ= Neither. I'm good.

For myself, once I heard that news - I went to YouTube, checked out Chloe Ting, and immediately started her workout programs. πŸ˜…I like her! She's fun, sweet, and I'm already noticing some change in the midsection - WOOHOO!!
πŸ‹πŸΎβ€β™€οΈπŸ‹πŸΎβ€β™€οΈπŸ‹πŸΎβ€β™€οΈπŸ‹πŸΎβ€β™€οΈ How about you?
Oh no. I put on my CoVid 25 lbs just like everyone else I know. LOL!As soon as I heard July we might be let out (but I think I might wait until October) I was like, "So who is this Chloe Ting????" LOL!
Hahah you're HILARIOUS!Haha I've heard all of the COVID iterations at his point COVID 15 COVID 10 COVID 25 :) I highly recommend the Nike Training Club App :) Kirsty Godso and the Hot sauce burpee ;) thank me later!
The hot sauce burpee?!! 😧😡I'm scared to even know what that is...I downloaded the app though. Another app I'll have on my phone that I might open twice and then abandon. LOL!
I love Chloe Ting!! She's such a bubble of kindness. And also, πŸ‹πŸ½β€β™€οΈπŸ‹πŸ½β€β™€οΈπŸ‹πŸ½β€β™€οΈ!
Agreed.
I'm lucky that my trainer is my cousin, so I could not escape her πŸ˜‚ She transitioned to remote classes early last year. When my daily schedule fell apart, my workout became an anchor of sanity.
I agree, forcing myself to take a long break mid-day for a workout has helped me to not work for 12 hours straight (or binge more TV).
I was already in the habit of working out before lockdown, and going outside for a run (yes even in winter) is one of the few reasons I have to leave my apartment, so I've been doing it not just to keep myself physically healthy but also mentally healthy! I also found a couple of options for strength-based workouts that I enjoy. (Happy to share if anyone is interested.)
I was early in my pregnancy at the beginning of the pandy. In the beginning I shifted pretty quickly to home workouts and was keeping up a 2-4x a week regimen, but as I became more pregnant my motivation began to plateau 🀣🀣Now my little man is 6 months old and I try to work out 1-3x a week (mostly yoga). Not planning to return to the gym for awhile.
Squirrel, you have a 6 month old and you're still finding the time, and energy, to do yoga 1-3x a week?! A standing ovation is OWED to you, madam....
Thank you, thank you!!! Some weeks are more motivated than others. But it feels good to move!!
I am hitting workouts hard. I cannot wait for group classes to open up again. Something about the competitive energy in the class always boosts my output. Plus, there's the social awkwardness of quitting halfway through... I can easily do that on my own now with no witnesses lol
That last sentence - LMAO!!! So true!
