How to look for job opportunities with start ups?

Hello, I have been struggling with my current role for a while now (Sales Manager) and I have been doing alot of self reflection and working on the why of the struggle. While I have had success with sales and managing my team, I do not love or am good at some of the tasks this role traditionally requires. With strength tests, mentorship and some research, the theme of working with a start up keeps coming back to me as a good fit for my skills and personality. The idea of working for a start up does get me excited again and I would like to pursue this path. What I am unsure of is how to search for opportunites in this area. My preference is to stay in the environmental sector, however, I am open to something new. Any advice is welcome, thank you!
Angellist and Elpha Companies are pretty great! :)
Yep, what @SamanthaChai mentioned is absolutely right. You can as well check out ycom.
CrunchBase used to be great for finding startups in X sector, but I think now it requires a paid membership to do advanced or multiple searches. You could also try Googling “top startups in X city” to see what comes up - sometimes local media outlets publish lists of startups that have raised funding or are hiring to create buzz. From there, you could reach out to their HR department (if there is one) or browse their career page. I subscribe to Term Sheet from Fortune which gives daily funding updates of startups - you could comb through past term sheets (I believe you could do this through Fortunes website) to see what startups might interest you.
