Hello Ladies!
Did you know that on average both moms and dads get 30-45 days off of paid time leave to care for their newborns? In the USA we come nowhere near that.
I want to change that by bringing awareness through a public user-generated database of different leave situations for both birthing and non-birthing parents. ( Think Glassdoor but just for Leave policies & all the support you need after having a baby).
I am looking for a software developer who wants to be part of a project that will have a big impact for birthing and non-birthing parents. This is a great opportunity for anyone looking to build up their resume/portfolio.
