Hello! I'm starting to plan for an intern hire and was wondering what is currently a fair compensation? It's been over a decade since I was an intern myself. I spent many years as an unpaid intern or paid a stipend of $1000 for a few months. I hope things have changed for the better now and would love to hear what others are paying their interns! I'm in Los Angeles if that changes anything.
