Has anyone started reflecting on the last 6 months? Had good (or hard) convos with their managers? Mid year reviews can be scary (and sometimes unhelpful) so here's a template I created last year for a human-first approach to mid year reviews.

When my manager and I looked at each other's reviews, we realized that we wanted to plan for children in the next 5 years and that we would help each other figure that out. We also celebrated all the wins and talked through what we wanted to improve on.
