How do you keep a tight feedback loop between sales and product/engineering?
Hey elphas, I work at a small series A startup and we're always looking to operate in a Lean Startup way. One thing we're working on is developing a better, faster feedback loop between the sales team/customers and the product/engineering team, so that customer feedback can be incorporated as a new feature of the product asap, and the customers can start using the new feature and provide feedback asap. How do you enable this at your organization, and how has it worked out? Would love to hear some examples!
