Hello all! I have found myself trying out a TPM role and I seem to do it really well. So much so that my company is hiring others, without really understanding what they do. However, I like and miss coding, but I do not miss a lot of the software engineering team dynamics. I have an opportunity to switch to a team as a SWE that seems to have a good culture, but I'm not sure if I'd be better off in TPM if I am more of a middle of the road SWE. I m no hero programmer, but I love the idea of becoming a mentor to future software engineering ladies.
