This book has been three years in the making, and I can still hardly believe that it's just about to go out into the world.

It's SUPER vulnerable to be a people-manager, and it's SUPER vulnurable to be an author - so combining those things together is slightly terrifying and to be honest, I'm scared for my first inevitable bad book review...

But all that said, I've poured my heart into this book and it's super cool to see it all come together. I wanted to share this wonderful news with my Elpha community!!!
