Company Description Necterine is a next generation connect app designed to help users find and cultivate relationships with themselves and others. We're more than a dating app. We understand the challenges of modern dating and strive to create a platform that goes beyond superficial swiping.Necterine has a working MVP in Beta and clear plan for V1 build to incorporate additional proprietary features to bolster our brand positioning and value proposition for our Gen Z and Millennial consumers. We’ve finalised branding, trademarks, and have begun to build a social following and local brand partnerships in LA as part of our GTM strategy.

Role DescriptionThis is a contract remote role for a Mobile Application Developer for a Dating App. As a Mobile Application Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining our dating app for iOS. Your day-to-day tasks will involve mobile application development, creating and implementing new features, and ensuring a user-friendly experience. This role requires strong knowledge of object-oriented programming (OOP) and expertise in iOS development. You will have a significant impact on the direction of the product and the underlying structure that its built upon!

Qualifications

• Mobile Application Development and Application Development skills
• Must be a proactive clear communicator
• Proficiency in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
• iOS Development skills
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Experience in developing dating apps or social networking apps is a plus
• Proficient Experience in the following tech stack: React Native, NestJS, GraphQL, Prisma, Apollo, PostgreSQL, AWS, and Clerk for Auth, Firebase

Mid - Senior Level Candidates should have:

• Minimum 4+ years experience with professional full stack app development
• Comfortable writing the specs for the junior team & leading collaborative discussions
• Experience pushing A/B test to different user segments in the app
• Experience building clean, scaleable code
• *Machine learning experience a huge bonus
