Hello everyone!I'm currently working as an innovator at ABN AMRO (major Dutch Bank in Amsterdam) in their innovation department, where they incubate fintech ventures. It's an incredibly interesting job where you can be entrepreneurial in a corporate environment, with a young team. As our team is expanding I'm hoping to motivate more women to apply for this job, as the bank is actively working on diversifying their department and the manager is amazing! The job itself comes with a great salary and team. The bank also has a track record of having excellent employment benefits - amongst which flexible working hours, paid leave of absence for volunteering, a personal development budget etc etc. Ideally the candidates have a background in entrepreneurship/venture building/active in startup ecosystem with experience in the fintech/payments/finance industry. The job is currently remote but once the lockdown is ending (lets hope soon) you are expected to relocate to Amsterdam. So at the moment only applicants from the EU are accepted.
