Hello! Does anyone have any recommendations of any leadership groups/ cohorts that are best to join? I'm in Los Angeles and I wish to build my network and connect with better opportunities. I came across Ellevate so far but any other groups others suggest?

A number of Elpha members are also members of Chief, which might be a nice network for you to join? Else theres the On Deck fellowship that might be an interesting one for you too (might have to check the locations, they're SF based but I am not sure if they have LA-based programmes). Thank you!! I follow Chief's page on LinkedIn, but do not yet qualify for membership. I would love to connect with Chief members on Elpha if at all possible. I'll look into the other two you mentioned, thank you again!
