Books for communication and influence?

Hi PMs! I'm a new team leader and some of my team is having issues with communicating across the business and with leadership. I'm looking for some advice/books/resources to point them to in order to improve their skills in communication and influencing outcomes. Any advice/recommendations?
Hi.. I read a bunch of books on psychology and persuasion. My top recommendation would be1. The making of a manager by Julie Zhuo ( I had recently promoted to a lead position, this book was very relatable worked like a roadmap)2. Captivate: The science of succeeding with people by Venessa Van Edwards ( Actionable day to day life insights. Very useful for introverts or shy people especially) 3. Never split the difference: Negotiating as if your life depended on it by Chris Voss ( Negotiation is a skill which everyone must master no matter what your job role is. And surprise surprise it all starts with how do you communicate. This book was an eye-opener)4. Influence: The psychology of persuasion by Robert B Cialdini ( A must, must-read)Of course there are other great books out there, but talking from personal experience these books helped me a lot, especially to improve my relationship with my colleagues and stakeholders.
