Grace Hopper Conference

Hi everyone,

My name is Edmine and I recently graduated from Ada Developers Academy in July but was not offered a full-time position with my internship company. I would love to attend Grace Hopper Conferencee next month to secure a full-time role and network with other folks. The virtual tickets are over $600 and at this moment I'm unable to afford a ticket. I would like to know if anyone has an available ticket or extra ticket/ or a ticket sponsor from the employer. I would greatly appreciate it.

You should reach out to the team to volunteer for the conference! I used to do this all the time as a student and conference organisers always need help (disclaimer: I used to be the NYC Chapter president of the AnitaB.org which is the group that organises the GHC, so I got a sense of how things were planned and any support meant a lot!)

Hm not sure I understand what you mean. If you've registered for the conference then you're all set?

I went in 2019 because I applied for some kind of grant thing and they paid for my passes for all 3 days and the preshow - I'm not sure if they still have it, but definitely search the site and check.
