As many of you have personally experienced, funding for women-led startups dropped nearly 30% in 2020 despite it being a record year of fundraising for men. We think it's awful that in 2021 only 2% of VC funding goes to women-led startups.

Women Who Tech launched our first FemTech and HealthTech Grants Challenge to help fund women-led startups and connect them to more investors.

Applications are now open to any FemTech, HealthTech, and BioTech startups with at least one woman founder or cofounder. Pitch VCs from Lux Capital, Portfolia, HearstLab, and many more.

We are awarding $20K in equity-free funding. Plus, W Fund (the fund I cofounded), SteelSky Ventures, Citrine Angels, and other VCs have committed to evaluating the finalists for further investment. These are all funds that are putting their money where their mouth is and investing in women founders.

Deadline to apply is July 18, 2021.
