Hey Elphas! 👋🏾 I'm Milly.

I believe that good mental health shouldn't be a luxury, but a basic human right. This belief is what gets me out of bed in the morning, and I'm really fortunate to be working towards making this a reality.

As a self rescue coach, author and speaker for worn out working wonder women I have been creating online training and group coaching programs over the last two years during Covid so that I could get away from doing in person and one on one sessions. The result has been wonderful and that it has helped me to better leverage my time and energy and cash flow coming in! I can actually work with and see more clients now than before working less time.I would be happy to connect if you would like to learn more. 😊
