Hi Elphas!It's a tough job market out there with very little supply and lots of demand, but I'm happily refusing to be a casualty of the current landscape. I'm on the hunt for a full time position as a Marketing Analyst (or any variation of the title!) but in the meantime, I would love to put my skillset to use as a volunteer or intern. I am so inspired by this community and all of the ambitious women in it, and if I can contribute to your organization's growth while maintaining my skills while I search for full time work, I would be extremely fulfilled. Here's a little about me:- I have a degree in Communications from the University of Illinois at Chicago- I have a certificate in Data Science from Flatiron School, Course Report's #1 coding bootcamp- I have around 5 years of experience as a general digital marketer, quickly rising through the ranks in my last position at a NYC nonprofit from assistant to the CMO to manager of the entire digital marketing landscape- I'm really excited about supporting the growth of mission driven organizations and tech startups that are diversifying the marketplaceAnd here are my more technical skills: Languages & Software: Python, SQL, BigQuery, Git, Tableau, Statistical analysis software, Salesforce, Microsoft ExcelSkills & Marketing Tools: Multivariate and A/B testing, statistical modeling, data analytics, data visualization andnon-technical presentation skills, paid search, paid social, blog and ad copy writing, Google Marketing Services, AdobeCreative SuiteInterpersonal Skills: Self-starter, cross-functional/collaborative, empathetic, adaptable, effective time management The motivation behind this ask is that job hunting can be soul-crushing, and contributing to the success of organizations that may need someone with my skill set without the finances to pay will both help keep my positivity up and help your bottom line. Hi Allison! It's so great that you're motivated to help others while you are looking for other opportunities. I'm in a similar position but a different industry. A month ago I joined Work On Climate, a group of folks connecting and finding work (volunteer or paid) related to climate change mitigation. I just started working on a volunteer project with a non-profit, and we're looking for more volunteers all the time! There are so many organizations that can't afford to hire someone but need help like the kind you offer. https://workonclimate.org/
