Hi Everyone!I am new in the Product Management role (I was doing it part-time for 6 months but have been full time since Jan 1).I am drowning with the responsibilities and scope of the role and my Senior PM and Director of Software Dev. told me the same thing in two separate meetings yesterday:"Accept what you don't know, and just try"They also said, if you are on the phone with a client that has been using the software for years, accept that they will know more than you, and just have a conversation with them. I hope this is helpful for someone today :)
