HR and DE&I Elphas, what are your favorite ant-bias tech tools? I'm specifically looking for HR software to reduce bias when attracting (e.g. AI rewrites job descriptions to be more inclusive) or assessing candidates (e.g. software redacts names and photos). But while we're at it, would love to hear about the broader range of anti-bias softwares you know of also. Thanks!

Cynthia, I haven't used Textio myself but understand that it's a great tool to promote a company's brand and culture through inclusive JDs.

Hey Cynthia! I don't think we have tools that do that, yet. I think one way is thinking about sourcing candidates. You don't stop anyone from applying but you are placing your hiring ads in places where you have a higher chance of it being seen by BIPOC.
