Help run the Facebook/Instgram ads for a dating app

Hi Elphas! A consumer app startup I'm advising is looking for a social media ads specialist who is experienced in navigating the unique/complex problems of running FB/Insta ads for dating companies. They have $3,000 to spend on ads themselves per month available for 3 consecutive months (up to 10K toward ads over the 3 month), plus whatever your rate is for your time. The ads would target specific demos (by age, location, estimated income, interests) mainly well-educated, affluent metro dwellers.
