Licensing a curriculum or methodology

Hi, has anyone built a curriculum or methodology and licensed it to companies to use? The methodology would have an ROI for the licensee. Would love to hear about the business model etc. Thanks

hi, no but my research showed the model seems to be more around days of training & u give the methodology there or a one off purchase for method - like a textbook. My experience w a couple of customers re negotiations around ROI got too complicated as mine is around rapid system change. Had been paid for discovery work first & in the end, they weren't tracking most of this & as a vendor, I didn't have the ability to set up something that was easy in their workflow, & it involved multiple divisions, so they paid me a high $$/day.
