Help With Customer Success Org Design

Hello, hello!

I'm hoping to connect with someone who has expeirence building a Customer Success team. In my current organization, we are redefining our Customer Experience team and I would love some advice and/or guidance on how to build a strong function.

A few additional details:

Goal of the team is to drive adoption of our products + monitoring usage through onboarding, feedback loops, product support, becoming product experts.

The team is currently five people, with the Manager of CX asking to move into an IC role.

We also plan to move this team under the leadership of our VP of Product.
