Hey hey! Does anyone have any experience planning a charity dinner (~20 ppl) in New York?

Getting sponsorships, coordinating venues and dinner/drinks, choosing a charity, pricing the ticket, etc!

I've hosted dinners before but not at this scale. Thank you in advance :)
