Role 🎨

• Build a transformational affiliate marketing program

• Develop the strategy and scalable playbooks for the affiliates channel

• Identify the highest impact opportunities, conduct targeted recruitment, and negotiate agreements

• Build and lead a stunning team of A player employees, contractors, and agencies

• Continuously optimize investment across the affiliate network to achieve target acquisition metrics

• Collaborate cross-functionally to build high-impact campaigns

• Experience:  3+ years building an affiliates program from the ground up and achieving massive, efficient growth through strategic partnerships

• Negotiator: You have a record of successfully negotiating agreements that drive results at favorable terms

• Player-Coach: You still roll up your sleeves to execute, and you know when and how to build a team of A players to accelerate results.
