Hi Everyone,

I'm trying to start a women in engineering lunch at my company. We are still pretty small, so the lunches will probably be 5-10 people.

Does anyone have any experience starting these types of groups? In my past experience we used to have topics for the lunches, like imposter syndrome or upspeak, and I was wondering if anyone had any ideas or suggestions of things that worked for them.
