I've gotten close to a coworker who is on a different team than me. We hung out a few times before he asked me officially if he can take me out on a date in December when I come back (since I am relocating to another state). I told him I wanted to set boundaries just because 1) I just transitioned into this career and 2) we work for a small startup. He also agreed. However, since I moved, we’ve been messaging each other every day, exchanging music, watching tv shows together, and supporting each other through our hobbies and work. I am starting to reconsider if I should make an exception about dating a coworker if this person is the right one. Have you been in a similar situation?
