I hope you're doing great, at my company, we just launched a beta service for companies who are looking to work with their own team. We find a great fit for your position and train him for 3, 6, or 12 months, the idea behind this is that the intern will be attending every single meeting, but instead of using resources of your own training him I get to train him with a team of innovators, creatives, and business minds and check his work before turning in every assignment; by finding a good match the turnover rate decreases and the learning process becomes a lot easier.
