Hi Ladies, My name is Marla Gonzalez-Rivera and I am the Founder of Humanified as well as Co-Founder and Managing Partner of RAXO, a diverse creative agency. Humanified is a content based social impact network whose mission is to amplify digital activism thru technology. Basically we are creating a vertical social network focusing on impact and purpose. You can check us out here: https://humanified.com/We are scaling pretty fast and trying to build a team that truly wants put their skills to a good cause while also getting market rate salaries as well as equity, but I am finding it so hard to recruit great talent with a social (meaning they have experience working for a tech social company) I understand that working for a startup brings a ton of risk and uncertainty and so I ask you ladies; what are some recruitment methods you have used in the past to bring top talent to a startup?
