30-60-90 day plan for a new sale manager

Hi Elphas, I'm in a final round of interviews for a first-time sales manager for a saas company that focuses on cloud content management and file sharing service for businesses. As the last step of the interview process, I'm asked to put together a 1hr presentation on what my first quarter would look like. I've been in sales (account executive) for the past 8 years, hitting $10+M annual quota. I have not done management (the company knows and doesn't seem to mind). This role is to head a team of 7 AEs each having 1-3 years of sales experience, targeting mid-Atlantic territory, regulated industries, with companies from 1-500 employees. The sale is a combination of upselling current accounts (70%) + targeting a new logo (30%).The size of the contracts ranges from $1-15k (50%), $16k-50k (30%), and $51k+ (20%, looking to grow this segment).Thoughts?
