Do you have tips on how to improve response rate for NPS survey?

Hi all,

I just started at a new job, and I'm reviewing the only NPS survey done. It is a starting project in the company and I'll be leading improvements on it.

The response rate is around 14%, and 20% for the 2 segments we are using. I'm thinking about option to improve it, like have an inplatform survey together with the email, and test different structures in the email.

Do you have a any experence in this field to share?
