Hi everyone! I'm growing my marketing team at a SaaS startup and looking for tips on how to best go about that. We're expanding from 3 people to 5-6, so I want to make sure I hire intentionally. Ideally hiring in the content and graphic design space. Let me know if you have any tips :)
