Social Media / Digital Marketing Role

We are looking for a badass creative to join our all-female community and podcasting team to own our social media efforts for two separate but connected brands. Our community is called Parlay House (https://parlayhouse.com/) and is an inclusive series of in-person & digital gatherings for women that fosters authentic connections and supportive relationships.Our podcast is created by Parlay House and called Bring A Friend (https://www.bringafriendpodcast.com/): a safe space where real people shine and people who shine get real. We invite incredible guests to join us for intimate, authentic conversations that leave everyone feeling more connected and lifted than when we started.With season 1 launched and season 2 about to drop, we need help creating branded content, brainstorming fun and effective campaigns, inspiring user-generated content, interacting with like-minded brands & growing our community online.Your main objective?**Parlay House: To grow our followers and drive new member sign-ups.**Bring A Friend: To grow our followers and drive them to subscribe to Bring A Friend.Social Media Manager Responsibilities:**Create & manage the social media calendar for both brands using Hootsuite**Brainstorm & execute posts, series, and campaign ideas that share our brands’ story, grow our following and drivecommunity engagement**Create branded content using our brand guidelines and social templates**Post daily on Instagram, and Twitter, maybe TikTok**Analyze results to gauge the success of campaigns & track growth**Report to & collaborate with our Chief Relationship Officer**Help out with other special projects like digital events & website designSocial Media Manager Requirements:**You're an avid social media user**You have solid experience growing new accounts from scratch on IG and Twitter**You are a creative-minded community builder**You're a storyteller and know how to authentically capture a brand's unique voice**You are comfortable with an autonomous workstyle**You're obsessed with brands that lift others up**You have design / content creation skills**Knowledge of Canva and / or Adobe Suite a plusTo apply, please send us a note with your resume at [email protected] and please include any IG accounts you run or have worked on previously.
