About our July Changemaker:

Victoria Baxter is the Head of Climate & Crisis Response Partnerships at Google where she leads a team that creates partnerships that power several of Google’s social impact products. This includes features to help users find relevant and authoritative information about sustainability and to stay safe as they navigate the impacts of climate change, including floods, wildfires and extreme heat. She has a long history of working in sustainability and social impact. Before joining Google, she was a Senior Client Partner with Korn Ferry’s ESG & Sustainability practice and advised Fortune 100 companies on how to design teams and engagement strategies to take their sustainability strategies to the next level.
