Paint night is always a fun idea! Since you she few people, there are artists/companies you can book where you all paint a portion of a picture and when you hold it up to the screen, it makes one collective image!

thank you! yes, I was thinking of more creative ideas for the team, we are very multicultural and with very different personalities, I am trying to create a zoom party that can match all of us.

I think your best bet is to ask your own team mates what is something unique to them an their culture that you all could try to do and learn from each other over a zoom call :)For the events I generally plan, it usually ends up being a type of cooking class since it’s a gateway to culture and everyone likes food.Recently we did a floral arrangement class held by our Filipino ERG. Our LatinX ERG taught us about making our own orendas for Day of the Dead. We have over 15 global offices so it definitely gets tricky to please everyone!

That's true, but my team is hard public, they said everything is okay to them. I was planning a virtual dinner and toast, any challange or virtual games to know each other a little bit more.
