Canduit, my ed-tech startup (www.canduit.co) is looking for host companies for a DEI (diversity - equity - inclusion) fellowship focused on interdisciplinary student teams from minority and underrepresented backgrounds. A group of five companies will be selected to host team business (marketing, business strategy, etc.) focused projects for 8-10 weeks starting in January 2021. We are asking the companies to provide mentorship and an honorarium and Canduit will help with the screening, as well as provide all students with an educational and social cohort experience, where they will receive coaching, feedback, and networking with industry professionals. We have relationships with several HBCUs and other institutions that are helping to nominate candidates. If you are interested in learning more or collaborating on this, would love to connect!
